2016 Mercedes-Benz GLE-Class Coupe — Something Different

The most powerful version, the 2016 GLE63 4Matic is still secret, because it won’t be released simultaneously as the aforementioned models. How Much Different AMG Models Are?

The main difference between the entry models and the AMG models will be in torque distribution. While the entry models will share the torque equally between the axles, the AMG versions will deliver 60 percent of torque to the rear wheels. 2016 Mercedes-Benz GLE-Class Coupe Release and Premiere

The first U.S.-spec models, the 2016 Mercedes-Benz GLE400 4Matic and the 2016 Mercedes-Benz GLE450 AMG 4Matic will be released late summer next year. At the 2015 NAIAS this January, we’ll be able to see the GLE450 AMG 4Matic as the first sports model from the Mercedes-AMG lineup. The pricing hasn’t been announced yet.
