2016 Lexus LX 570 Spy Photos: Exterior & Interior Changes
The 2016 Lexus LX 570 has been spotted. Thanks to the Instagram user hamad1two3, we now have a pretty good idea about both the exterior and interior changes of the 2016 Lexus LX 570.
This luxury SUV suffered a mild facelift. Although the exterior changes will contribute to the vehicle’s appearance, the truth is that the 2016 LX 570 kept the most of the current model’s appearance. On the other hand, the SUV’s interior has been thoroughly redesigned.
2016 Lexus LX 570 Exterior Update
As you can see, the automaker covered the redesigned parts of the SUV’s body, so we can’t say anything regarding the front and rear end, but it’s obvious that the latest LX is going to come with a restyled third side window. This isn’t a drastic change, but it can be used as an indication of the automaker’s idea behind the refresh.
We don’t expect radical changes at the front and rear end, but it would be reasonable to assume that both the front grille and the tailgate are going to introduce minor styling improvements that will make the 2016 model year aesthetically improved. The refreshed LX 570 will probably bring new wheel design, too.
The interior of the 2016 Lexus LX 570 has been substantially redesigned. The first thing that you can notice inside the cabin of the luxury SUV is a new dashboard with a large infotainment system screen. The interior design isn’t a surprise; its style is just a follow-up of the brand’s new design language.
That’s why the LX 570 got a three-spoke steering wheel, restyled air vents, new instrument cluster and center consoler as well as an analog clock. The rear-seat entertainment might be improved if they decide to keep those screens on all the models, because those depicted here are slightly larger than the current ones.
2016 Lexus LX 570 Release and Price
The 2016 Lexus LX 570 is going to be introduced this August, if the rumors about its premiere were true. The price of the restyled SUV can only be speculated, but we don’t expect it to be significantly more expensive than the current model.
