2016 Honda Pilot Price List

This price list depicts the automaker’s intention to offer the 2016 Honda Pilot for a wide range of drivers judging by the just announced MSRPs. The new 2016 Honda Pilot comes in various trims and this is something that affects the price range. Although the entry version starts at a reasonably low price, the top-notch Elite trim’s MSRP is more than fifty percent higher than the base model price.

Of course, the 2016 Pilot is an SUV that has numerous optional features. All the gadgets and systems inevitably affect the price, so we wouldn’t bet on not-so-good sales projections as some rumors said earlier.

The 2016 Honda Pilot pricing is finally known. The Japanese automaker announced their MSRP list for the new Pilot and we’re not surprised. As the early expectations said, the 2016 Pilot entry price is around $30,000, while the top trim 2016 Honda Pilot Elite loaded with various equipment is significantly more expensive – it’s price is higher than $46,000.

It seems that they couldn’t possibly offer more options. There’s a wide range of trims and equally broad range of options. The 2016 Honda Pilot comes with either a six-speed or a nine-speed automatic gearbox. It has a 2WD flavor, but it’s also available as an AWD SUV.

2016 Honda Pilot Engine & Transmission

The new body and chassis aren’t the only elaborate novelty. The automaker reengineered the SUV’s powertrain and drivetrain, so we can expect more power to be delivered from the direct-injected 3.5-liter V6 i-VTEC engine. This EarthDreams mill is going to be paired with a six-speed automatic transmission on the most of the models. The top trims — Touring and Elite — will have a nine-speed automatic gearbox.

According to the automaker, the gearboxes are now “more responsive and refined”. This means that the ride will be smoother than before, but also the crossover’s fuel consumption is going to be lower.

The 2016 Honda Pilot MSRPs doesn’t include tax, license, registration or $880 destination fee.
