2015 Nissan Sentra Pricing and New Standard Features
Nissan has just announced the pricing of the 2015 Nissan Sentra. The sedan comes with certain trim enhancements which should make it more attractive on the market. The seventh generation of the sedan was introduced late 2012 and the 2015 model year won’t suffer some more elaborate changes. However, the automaker will offer trims with improved standard equipment, so the 2015 Sentra is expected to be chosen by more people than before.
2015 Nissan Sentra Trims Changes
The S trim now comes with standard USB connection, illuminated steering wheel audio controls, cruise control, Smart Auto Headlights and the Bluetooth Hands-free Phone System.
The 2015 Nissan Sentra SV has numerous improvements. Among other features, the most popular SV trim comes with RearView Monitor, Nissan Intelligent Key, SiriusXM Satellite Radio (subscription not included), 5.0-inch color display, steering wheel and shift knob wrapped in leather, sliding front armrest, NissanConnect with Mobile Apps, Hands-free Text Messaging Assistant, Smart Auto Headlights etc. In fact, the Driver Package, which was available as an option, is now standard on the 2015 Sentra SV.
The sporty SL trim has gotten all the Driver Package features as well as heated front seats and outside mirrors. The 2015 Sentra SL also has LED turn signal indicators built in the outside mirrors.
The top-notch 2015 Nissan Sentra SL trim has all of the aforementioned features. Of course, it differs by enhanced luxury. It comes with leather-appointed seats, heated front seats and automatically dimming mirror.
New Body Colors
Nissan will offer the 2015 Sentra with four new exterior colors. With new Titanium, Cayenne Red, Fresh Powder, and Red Alert (which is available on the SR trim only), the sedan now has 11 body color options in total.
Same Old Powertrain
The 2015 Nissan Sentra carried over the well-known 1.8-liter inline-four engine. It delivers 130 horsepower at 6,000 rpm and 128 lb-ft of torque at 3,600 rpm. The mill can be mated with standard six-speed manual (available on the S trim only) or the Xtronic CVT transmission.
