2015 Mercedes-Benz CLA-Class MSRP: Entry Model Starts at $32,425
The 2015 Mercedes-Benz CLA-Class will be more expensive than the 2014 model. Having in mind that the luxury four-door coupe is very attractive and that its great sales figures surprised even the automaker, the price raise might be caused by high demand. The base price of the 2015 CLA-Class is $31,500 without $925 destination charge. The entry-model price increase isn’t dramatic; it’s slightly above five percent and the 2015 Mercedes-Benz CLA-Class is still a very good deal when you think about what it provides for that amount of money. Of course, some other versions with various options included will follow suit and come with an increased price.
The 2015 Mercedes-Benz CLA250 4Matic all-wheel drive version starts at $34,425 ($1,600 increase), while the top-notch 2015 CLA45 AMG comes with a $49,425 price tag ($1,050 increase). The prices are with destination charge included.
Though there aren’t radical changes since the 2014 model was brand new, the automaker decided to improve some aspects of the luxury coupe. The Interior package now has multicolor ambient lighting and with the Premium package now you get keyless entry.
They haven’t made changes regarding the powertrain. The 2015 Mercedes-Benz CLA-Class is powered by the same turbocharged 2.0-liter inline-four engine which delivers 208 horsepower and 258 lb-ft of torque under the hood of the entry version. Of course, the 2015 Mercedes-Benz CLA45 AMG has drastically higher power output – 355 horsepower and 332 lb-ft of twist.
The engine is mated with a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission.
The executive four-door coupe is coming with advanced standard safety features such as the Attention Assist system and the Collision Prevention Assist Plus with Brake Assist. However, Active Blind Spot Assist and Active Lane Keeping Assist are coming with the Driver Assistance package which bundles the Distronic Plus cruise control, too. This package will raise the price for $2,500.
